The French chemical company Arkema has added an incinerator to its China plant that will burn 6 million metric tons of CO2 and be awarded 4 million metric tons in certified carbon credits by the United Nations.It struck a deal to sell the credits to Japan to help them meet the Kyoto Protocol agreement.Like the Catholic Church selling indulgences this is cheating!
